My normal process is to use Inkscape to create the outline, save it, then pull it into Tinkercad (also use Fusion). Something around 1.5mm seems to be the best, but ideally, the first layers would be thin (.5mm or so) with a smooth gradation of thickness up to about 2.5mm.The shapes are extremely non-standard and I haven't been able to figure out a way to that (just changing the size obviously changes the whole thing). If I print the walls thicker then it becomes difficult to cut the dough. The problem is that if the side walls (where the dough is cut) are very thin then the cookie cutter breaks apart. For the area held in the hand, I print an extended base and occasionally supports across the width (see photo). Typically cookie cutters are about 18mm high (75mm across). My 3D printer works great for creating cookie cutters but there's one problem I have not been to solve.
